It is your car, so you will do what you want. Now coming here for thoughts, opinions, and factual information about the NA build was a good plan. However, you have to understand that most people here will not find it attractive personally because the power realization for what you spend is not as evident as with a TT. That shouldn't deter you though, especially if you've done some research. On that note; do some reading... lots of reading. You'll find that there are those who have done it, just not many. Once you research and understand the cost vs. power potential, you'll see where most people come from.... but more importantly be able to know when to just blow off comments like, "just buy a TT." Take all opinions here with a huge grain of salt. Like a salt-lick sized grain of salt. Then establish your own opinions based on what you know, what you've read, and maybe a hair of what people say from experience. Then go for it.
